Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from May 22-June 2.
Roman Coneita, 26, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful sexual contact, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Nicholas Guernsey, 22, of Warren, probation violation for unlawful sexual contact, seven years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation 12 years.
Daniel N. Spear, 22, of South Thomaston, aggravated criminal mischief, 45 days in York County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Philip Seekins, 21, of South Thomaston, criminal mischief, 364 days in prison all suspended, probation one year, restitution $2441.40.
