ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from April 27 to May 1.

Tyler Brackett, 21, of Owls Head, unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.

Jeremy Dennison, 29, of Rockland, probation violation, initial conviction for domestic violence assault, 334 days in prison, probation revoked; aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed, arson, five years in prison with all but 13 months suspended, $1,100 restitution, probation three years, criminal mischief, six months in jail.

George Farley, 59, of Union, illegal possession of firearm, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation two years; hunt from stand overlooking deer bait, 48 hours in jail.

Eben Kenney, 29, of Rockland, theft, 60 days in jail, violating conditions of release, 60 days in jail.

Douglas Mazzotta, 71, of Middletown, Conn., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all suspended, probation three years; unlawful trafficking in drugs, dismissed.

Briannah N. Parlin, 23, of Waldoboro, trafficking in prison contraband, nine months in jail, $225 restitution.

Robert W. Rankin, 24, of Lincolnville, probation violation, initial conviction for unlawful trafficking in drugs, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Sunday Sabien, 47, of Washington, theft, 48 hours in jail.

Chad E. Sproul, 39, of Warren, theft, 60 days in jail.

Derek Vandoren, 31, of Rockland, Calif., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail, all but six months suspended, probation two years; criminal conspiracy, dismissed.

Lawrence Thayer Wotton, 28, of Lewiston, probation violation, initial conversations for theft, forgery, 11 months in prison, probation partially revoked; theft by taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property, priors, 11 months in prison, $34 restitution.
