Jason Cummings, 30, of Millinocket, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Rockland March 21, two years in prison; violating a protective order in Rockland March 21, 364 days in prison; violating conditions of release in Rockland March 21, two years in prison; obstructing report of a crime in South Thomaston March 13, dismissed; domestic violence assault in South Thomaston March 13, two years in prison; criminal mischief in South Thomaston March 13, six months in jail and $383.60 restitution.

Kimberly Ann Curtis, 43, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Oct. 25, 2012, $400 fine, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Nov. 1, 2011, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Thomaston Dec. 10, 2012, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property in Thomaston Dec. 10, 2012.

Richard g. Emery, 39, of Rockland, hindering apprehension of prosecution in Rockland April 17, dismissed; unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics in Rockland April 16, $400 fine, 364 days in prison with all but 45 days suspended and a year of probation.

Nikki Gray, 20, of Rockland, probation violation, 20 days in jail.

Aaron J. Heald, 35, of Rockland, furnishing liquor to a minor in Rockland Nov. 2, 2012, 90 days in jail; unlawful sexual contact in Rockland Nov. 2, 2012, seven months in jail; unlawful sexual contact in Rockland Nov. 2, 2012, dismissed.

Paul A. Mahonen Jr., 35, of South Thomaston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in South Thomaston Feb. 26, $400 fine, four years in prison with all but 20 months suspended, two years of probation and $2,142 restitution.

Rebecca S. McHenry-Schick, 27, of Lincolnville, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Hope Dec. 20, 2005, $500 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report in Hope Dec. 30, 2005, $500 fine.

Craig C. Reimer, 34, of Rockland, probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.

Zacariah I. Sawyer, 19, of Waldoboro, assault in Cushing May 18, 2012, $400 fine and four months in jail; aggravated criminal trespass in Cushing May 18, 2012, 18 months in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation and $500 restitution; criminal mischief in Cushing May 18, 2012, four months in jail.

Zachary D. Underhill, 36, of Warren, cultivating marijuana in Warren Aug. 13, 2012, $800 fine and 14 days in jail.

Marion L. West Jr., 40, of Rockland, assault in Rockland Feb. 9, not guilty; criminal threatening in Rockland Feb. 9, not guilty.

Bernard L. Young, 36, of Cushing, criminal trespass in Rockland Jan. 13, 2012, 45 days in jail; burglary in Rockland Jan. 13, 2012, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 13, 2012, 45 days in jail.

Isaac M. Young, 38, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden, May 9, dismissed; criminal trespass in Camden May 9, 21 days in jail; violating conditions of release in Camden May 9, 21 days in jail; burglary in Camden May 9, dismissed.
