Knox County Superior Court: Closed case report
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court may 15-31.
Jonathan E. Ashley, 23, of Union, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Rockland March 22, 2011, $400 fine, two years in prison, all suspended, and one year of probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Rockland March 22, 2011, $400 fine, two years in prison, all suspended, and a year of probation.
Tiffany Batty, 31, of Rockland, burglary probation violation, five months in jail.
Edwin R. Benito, 30, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Oct. 24, 2012, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; aggravated trafficking in schedule Z drug in Rockland Oct. 25, 2012, dismissed.
Christopher Chandler, 33, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 4, 2012, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $6.81 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 12, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $6.81 restitution.
Darrell W. Degreenia, 49, of Union, probation violation, two years in prison and probation continued.
Jeremy C. Delano, 40, of Rockland, criminal threatening in Rockport Feb. 11, 2011, 364 days in prison with all but 45 days suspended and a year of probation.
John M. Grover, 60, of Saco, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Rockland Nov. 3, 2010, dismissed.
Ryan L. Hill, 20, of Rockport, passing a stopped school bus in Camden Feb. 14, 2012, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Camden Feb. 14, 2012, $500 fine and 45 days in jail.
Troy D. Landry, 20, of Hope, probation violation, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, three years of probation and $1,764.69 restitution; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden April 15, nine months in jail; two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle in Camden April 15, nine months in jail.
Tara Leach, 29, of Islesboro, probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Adam Littlefield, 28, of Searsport, criminal restraint by parent in Rockland Feb. 10, 2011, dismissed.
Eric T. Lugar, 37, of Tenants Harbor, theft by receiving stolen property in Tenants Harbor Nov. 2, 2012, 60 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property in Tenants Harbor Nov. 2, 2012, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $3,800.20 restitution; illegal possession of a firearm in Tenants Harbor Nov. 2, 2012, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $3,800.20 restitution.
Thomas Powell, 21, of Friendship, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Rockport Oct. 7, 2012, probation violation, eight months in jail and probation continued.
Billy W. Pritchard, 48, of Hope, domestic violence terrorizing in Hope March 30, three years in prison with all but one year suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence assault in Hope March 28, three years in prison with all but one year suspended and two years of probation.
Travis Scott Robinson, 31, of Cushing, burglary in Thomaston March 7, 2011, three years in prison with all but five months suspended, two years of probation and $53 restitution; stealing drugs in Thomaston March 7, 2011, three years in prison with all but five months suspended, two years of probation and $53 restitution.
Michael C. Stone, 22, of Appleton, trafficking in prison contraband in Rockland Aug. 27, 2011, dismissed; criminal attempt Aug. 28, 2011, 364 days in prison with all but 14 days suspended and a year of probation; two counts of violating conditions of release in Rockland Aug. 27, 2011, 45 days in jail.
Thomas A. Thomas II, 37, of Waldo, probation violation, 120 days in jail.
Darrin E. Upton, 31, of Warren, operating under the influence in Rockland Jan. 1, 2012, $1,100 fine, six months in jail, and six-month license and registration suspension; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Rockland Jan. 1, 2012, $2,000 fine and five years in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren Dec. 20, 2011, six months in jail.
George F. Ware, 61, of Rockland, criminal mischief and terrorizing in Union Sept. 23, 1989, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 4, 1989, dismissed; criminal trespass in Rockland Oct. 11, 1989, dismissed; violating a protective order in Rockland Dec. 1, 1989, dismissed.
