Dwayne Lee Ames, 50, of Cushing, assault in Cushing Nov. 25, 2010, nine months in jail; assault in Rockland Aug. 13, 2012, nine months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Rockland Aug. 13, 2012, 60 days in jail.
Dana R. Benner, 52, of South Thomaston, arson in South Thomaston Sept. 2, 2008, six years in prison with all but five months suspended, three years of probation and $197,948.77 restitution.
Katherine E. Bentley, 22, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Thomaston Dec. 26, 2012, $400 fine, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and a year of probation; furnishing scheduled drugs in Thomaston Dec. 26, 2012, dismissed.
Cory Breen, 24, of Belfast, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Camden March 10, $400 fine, one year in prison, all suspended, and one year of probation; violating conditions of release in Camden March 10, $500 fine.
Matthew Richard Chickering, 40, of Auburn, driving to endanger in St. George July 9, 2011, $575 fine, 14 days in jail and 30-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in St. George July 9, 2011, 14 days in jail; failing to stop for an officer in St. George July 9, 2011, 14 days in jail.
Robert Demmons, 55, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Cushing Jan. 19, 2011, probation partially revoked.
Adam L. Dodge, 26, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland March 21, 2011, five months in jail.
Jeffery H. Dorr Jr., 32, of Hope, reckless conduct, aggravated assault, driving to endanger and violating conditions of release, all in Hope Dec. 25, 2012, all dismissed.
Henry O. Dudley III, 31, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Cushing March 3, 2011, probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed.
Andy Edgecomb, 27, of Union, reckless conduct in Appleton Nov. 13, 2011, $100 fine and seven days in jail.
Hilary A. Fairfield, 27, of St. George, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Rockland April 12, 2011, 45 days in jail.
Geoffrey C Fournier, 29, of Spruce Head, assault in Rockland Nov. 12, 2011, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; assault in Rockland Nov. 12, 2011, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; assault in Rockland Nov. 12, 2011, $300 fine, 364 days in prison with all but 90 days suspended and a year of probation.

Lyle Morris, 39, of Tenants Harbor, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in South Thomaston June 5, 2012, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail; illegal possession of a firearm in South Thomaston June 5, 2012, dismissed; fraudulently obtaining a license or permit in Tenant Harbor Dec. 31, 2010, $1,000 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Candice Owens, 32, of Rockport, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Rockport March 26, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended and a year of probation; violating conditions of release in Rockport March 26, seven days in jail.

Stephen Rhoades, 66, of Rockport, reckless conduct in Rockport, Sept. 22, 2012, 364 days in prison with all but 120 days suspended and a year of probation; operating under the influence in Rockport Sept. 22, 2012, $2,000 fine, 90 days in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Scott R. Stewart, 37, of Lisbon Falls, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Sept. 9, 2010, no sentence imposed.
Douglas S. Wade, 41, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland June 16, 2008, three years and seven months in prison.
Thomas Jeffrey Weeks, 33, of St. George, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Sept. 5, 2011, dismissed, violating condition of release in Thomaston Sept. 5, 2011, dismissed.
Jason Whalen, 34, of Warren, aggravated criminal mischief in Warren July 21, 2009, two years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation and $1,530 restitution.
