Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from May 26-29.
Nicholas T. Bennett, 31, of Union, operating without a license, dismissed.
Matthew Cushman, 21, of Belmont, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Scott Goldrick, 36, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence, $500 fine; failing to make written or oral accident report, dismissed.
Jeffrey T. Heriot, 31, of Rockport, two counts, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Jason R. Jones, 28, of Washington, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Samuel McKenna, 20, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, dismissed; operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestured, $300 fine; operating vehicle without a license, dismissed.
Amanda Oaked, 25, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Matthew Robinson, 23, of Jefferson, operating under the influence, no test, dismissed.
Louis Joseph Rubino, 33, of Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.
Jodi Russell, 32, of Searsmont, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Dale H. Rytky, 52, of Thomaston, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
