Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from April 27-May 1.
Paul Benner, 30, of St. George, fishing for or taking shellfish from closed area, dismissed; shellfish harvesting license violation, commercial, $500 fine.
Olger P. Bicaj, 29, of Rockland, criminal trespass, $500 fine.
Duncan L. Dyer, 18, of Rockport, domestic violence terrorizing, 180 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year; criminal mischief, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Kaitlyn N. Fernandez, 21, of Ellsworth, probation violation, initial conviction of domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
John Flumberfelt, 29, of South Portland, harassment by telephone, dismissed.
Matthew David Gibbons, 34, of Warren, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Michael Gibbs, 44, of Camden, criminal mischief, assault, 27 days in jail, $300 fine.
Rose M. Reis Gonzalez, 53, of Woonsocket, R.I., theft, $250 fine.
Eric Grossman, 73, of Camden, driving to endanger, dismissed; obstructing government administration, dismissed.
Lewis Hickman, 20, of Rockland, theft, $250 fine, $87 restitution; theft, $250 fine, $8 restitution.
John Mathieson, 70, of Rockland, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Emily Mills, 35, of Camden, false public report of alarm, $250 fine; theft by insurance deception, dismissed.
Robert Ogier, 66, of Camden, failing to make written or oral accident report, $350 fine; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $350 fine.
Jordan Paradise, 19, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release, seven days in jail; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
Briannah N. Parlin, 23, of South Thomaston, violation of condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Shawn H. Sprague, 21, of Cushing, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Nathanile A. Stuart, 30, of Newbury, Mass., driving to endanger, $1,000 fine, license suspended 30 days.
