Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 10-14.
Sigward W. Beckman, 48, of Vinalhaven, violation of groundfish rule, Chapter 34, $250 fine.
Thomas Boynton, 23, of South Thomaston, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, 364 days in prison with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, restitution $1950.
Travis E. Cline, 36, of Tenants Harbor, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Ryan Carballo, 33, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Michael S. Collins, 36, of Union, fishing without a valid license, $100 fine.
Harvey Curtis Jr., 70, of Warren, driving to endanger, dismissed.
Hunter A. Davis, 18, of Spruce Head, fishing without a valid license, $100 fine.
Joseph K. Emerson, 24, of Warren, attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Jessie J. Gehrmann, 31, of Waldoboro, probation violation, original conviction of gross sexual assault, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation, unlawful sexual contact, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Joshua Glidden, 32, of Camden, negotiating a worthless instrument, two counts, dismissed.
Sheri A. Gray, 39, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Christopher Hooper, 39, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine, seven days in jail.
Brandon Jimenez, 24, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
Candace N. Mank, 38, of Waldoboro, attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Jed K. Miller, 40, of Tenants Harbor, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
Ben Murdock, 24, of Monhegan, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, $1100 fine, four months in jail, license suspended six years; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail.
Dwight E. Nickles, 35, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Luke A. Noonan, 20, of Union, operating vehicle without license, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $150 fine.
Ronald W. Robbins, 48, of Warren, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Jason E. Roberts, 42, of Maspeth, N.Y., operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Molly B. Samuels, 21, of Searsmont, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
Emily Elizabeth Secotte, 21, of Northport, fishing without a valid license, $100 fine.
Sarah H. Sykes, 35, of Union, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing in scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but three months suspended, probation two years.
Brandon Thongsavanh, 34, of Warren, aggravated assault, three years in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, one year in jail.
Tiffany Tomah, 29, of Princeton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but three months suspended, probation two years.
Kyle B. Tompkins, 27, of Union, violation of rule fish, $120 fine.
Erik S. Townsend, 52, of Cushing, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Kate E. Tripp, 33 of South Thomaston, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Jonathan Whiffen 55, of Rockland, aggravated criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.
