Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Jan. 4 - 9. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Isaiah R. Heald, 36, of Jefferson, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 72 hours in jail; domestic violence threatening, dismissed.
Jason Jones, 33, of Waldoboro, domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Ryan M. Kelly, 39, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, seven days in jail.
Brystle J. Noble, 32, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.
Jossilyn M. Robbins, 31, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.
Louis Rubino, 34, of Clinton, failing to report, seven months in jail; failing to report, 30 days in jail.
Steven F. Sanner, 54, of Union, domestic violence assault, six months in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail.
James R. Simmons, 41, of Nobleboro, violating condition of release, $500 fine; engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine.
Summer Sinclair, 18, of South Thomaston, attaching false plates, $150 fine; permit unlawful use, dismissed.
Melody A. Talcot, 56, of Camden, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Wesley E. Winchenbach, 38, of Waldoboro, assault, dismissed.
