Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from June 29-July 3. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Benjamin Beckman, 18, of Vinalhaven, operating ATV on a public way, $100 fine.
Joshua Benner, 20, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Alexander Crawford, 20, of Rockland, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.
Brandon Gamage, 20, of Rockland, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ oz., $500 fine.
Freedom Hamlin, 34, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, $250 fine.
Sergio Heese, 28, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Kristina M. Hall, 44, of Warren, failure to register motor vehicle, $250 fine.
Jacob Ingraham, 19, of Union, minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Tyler Jones, 19, of Warren, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Brian Leveque, 53, of Waterville, operating vehicle without a license, $250 fine.
Craig A. Luce, 19, of Warren, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ oz., $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Dylan Martz, 19, of Union, minor consuming alcohol, $200 fine.
A juvenile, 17, of Rockland, operating unregistered ATV, $150 fine; operating ATV on a public way, $100 fine.
William A. McNeil III, 46, of Rockland, domestic violence criminal threatening, six months in jail; terrorizing, six months in jail; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all but 180 days suspended, probation two years; criminal mischief, six months in jail.
Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; minor consuming liquor, $300 fine; minor possessing liquor, $300 fine.
Page Lincoln, 65, of Union, littering, $100 fine.
Robert M. Pierpont, 49, of Jefferson, disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, $250 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Ryan D. Ripley, 20, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Christopher Anthony Roman, 21, of Levant, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ oz., $350 fine.
Shelby Salas, 28, of Rockland, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, eight days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.
Jason K. Smith, 28, of Warren, assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail.
Brandon L. Sykes, 19, of Waldoboro, altering vehicle after inspection, $150 fine; minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.
Shane Weed, 28, of Camden, criminal trespass, $500 fine.
John Yandell, 37, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine, three days in jail.
