Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from May 26-29. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Derek Hinckley, 30, of Jefferson, violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.
Stephanie Libby, 26, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Justin A. Luszcki, 31, of Rockland, violating condition of release, dismissed; violating condition of release, four days in jail.
Lisa McWilliams, 48, of Topsham, trafficking in prison contraband, one year in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.
Mackenzie Murray III, 23, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, eight months in jail.
Nicole Truman, 32, of Gardiner, violating condition of release, three days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, three days in jail.
Chad Young, 36, of Rockland, criminal trespass, three days in jail.
