Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Dec. 2-9.
Deborah D. Chatfield, 62, of Camden, violating condition of release in Camden Nov. 24, 2019, seven days in jail.
Corey Conway, 48, of Owls Head, domestic violence assault in Union Aug. 10, 2019, dismissed; assault in Union Aug. 10, 2019, $300 fine, 30 days in jail.
Scott Darville, 56, of West Gardiner, aggravated forgery, two counts and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, all occurring in Union and Washington Dec. 16, 2018, acquitted on all four counts.
Darville was found not guilty Dec. 5 of passing fake $100 bills in two convenience stores. Justice Bruce Mallonee presided at the bench trial.
Tyler A. Emerson, 22, of Friendship, hunting without valid license in Friendship Sept. 14, 2019, $100 fine.
John R. Goble, 62, of Grover City, Ohio, operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test in Rockport Aug. 1, 2019, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockport Aug. 1, 2019, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Travis L. Griffin 34, of Rockport, terrorizing in Rockport May 21, 2019, $200 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockport May 21, 2019, dismissed.
Christopher J. Hershey, 35, of North Haven, domesctic violence criminal threatening on North Haven June 18, 2019, dismissed; criminal restraint on North Haven June 18, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year; cruelty to animals on North Haven June 18, 2019, seven days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on North Haven June 18, 2019, seven days in jail.
Craig Leonard, 76, of Union, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Union Feb. 23, 2019, dismissed.
Corey M. Rytky, 39, of St. George, burglary in Rockland March 10, 2019, dismissed; aggravated criminal trespass in Rockland March 10, 2019, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation two years; domestic violence assault in Rockland March 10, 2019, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Rockland March 10, 2019, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.
Daniel Street, 27, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Camden Jan. 5, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but 50 days suspended, probation two years; violating condition of relase in Rockland Nov. 23, 2019, 14 days in jail.
Peter S. Thompson, Jr., 41, of Warren, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief in Warren Aug. 9, 2019, both dismissed.
Rochelle Warren, 22, of Dresden, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise in Thomaston Oct. 27, 2018, two days in jail; violating condition of release in Thomaston Oct. 27, 2018, two days in jail.
Timothy J. Woods, 59, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Rockland Dec. 4, 2019, 48 hours in jail.
Michael W. York, 49, of Warren, failure to register vehicle in Warren June 29, 2019, dismissed.
