Jessica Alexander, 43, of Waldoboro, obstructing report of a crime in Rockland April 20, 2019, $250 fine.

Jacob E. Allen, 23, of Gorham, operating vehicle without license in Union Aug. 21, 2019, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Union Aug. 21, 2019, $150 fine.

Angela Benjamin, 47, of Rockland, curfew violation in Rockland Aug. 3, 2019, $25 fine.

Alec T. Binder, 28, of Warren, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit in Rockland Dec. 6, 2018, $500 fine.

Kyle M. Bragdon, 32, of Washington, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident both on Vinalhaven April 15, 2019, $250 fine for each incident.

Kayla Carpenter, 27, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Cushing Sept. 1, 2018, dismissed.

Deven S. Dupuis, 20, of Waldoboro, minor possessing liquor in Rockland July 24, 2019, $200 fine.

Arthur Farnham, 42, of Vinalhaven, violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, on Vinalhaven Aug. 20, 2019, $300 fine.

Catherine A. Fletcher, 26, of Thomaston, operating afer registration suspended in Thomaston Aug. 12, 2019, $150 fine.

Joshua D. Goldrup, 19, of Waldoboro, minor transporting liquor in Rockland July 12, 2019, $200 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Chelsey Ann Gomez, 33, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland July 30, 2019, $250 fine.

Dale S. Harvey, 55, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Feb. 16, 2019, dismissed.

Ari Hecht, 58, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston July 18, 2019, $250 fine.

Nicholas R. Hutchings, 34, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockport April 4, 2019, 48 hours in jail.

Alicia K. James, 59, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer, both in Rockland Aug. 10, 2019, $250 fine for each incident.

Cody Jameson, 22, of Warren, sale or furnish of tobacco to minor in Thomaston July 22, 2019, $300 fine.

Gretchen Kutchinski, 51, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston Aug. 2, 2019, $250 fine.

Ryan J. Marves, 38, of North Haven, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on North Haven Aug. 27, 2019, $550 fine.

Sean P. McMinn, 38, of Rockland, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Rockport April 23, 2018, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but seven days suspended, probation two years.

Corey B. Moholland, 50, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport July 13, 2019, $500 fine; displaying fictious license in Rockport July 13, 2019, dismissed.

Michael Norton, Sr., 43, of Union, violating protection from abuse order in Camden Aug. 28, 2019, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

Tiffany Norton, 40, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland March 1, 2018, $250 fine.

John Osterday, Jr., 43, of Rockland, attaching false plates in Rockland July 15, 2019, $150 fine.

McKayla Paulsen, 20, of Rockland, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor in Rockland July 24, 2019, $500 fine; allowing minor to possess or consume liquour in Rockland July 24, 2019, dismissed.

Gary S. Peters, 49, of Cushing, failure to register vehicle in Thomaston June 25, 2019, $250 fine.

Deagen Poland, 22, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston May 18, 2018, dismissed.

Brooke O. Post, 18, of Spruce Head, minor possessing liquor in Rockland July 24, 2019, $200 fine.

Simmons, 31, of Camden, burglary, two counts, terrorizing, all in Warren June 19, 2019, all dismissed; aggravated assault, reckless conduct, driving to endanger, all in Rockland June 19, 2019, all dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, aggravated criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all in Warren June 19, 2019, nine months in jail; criminal mischief, two counts, in Rockland June 19, 2019, six months in jail.

Kevn S. Small, 35, of Vinalhaven, criminal mischief on Vinalhaven July 27, 2019, $250 fine, restitution $600.

Shawn Sprague, 25, of Cushing, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, all in Rockland July 14, 2019, total of $500 in fines.
