The First sponsors eighth annual PAWS on Parade

ROCKPORT – The First presented a check for $1,000 on April 24 to P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center to sponsor the eighth annual PAWS On Parade. Charlie, a small beagle mix from P.A.W.S., and P.A.W.S. Executive Director, Amie Hutchison were on hand to accept the donation.
"We are excited to be the lead sponsor and support this fun event and hope to see many enthusiastic walkers this year in support of PAWS," Jenn Stewart, Regional Manager at The First, said in a news release.
PAWS on Parade will take place on Saturday, June 13. Originally called the "The Mutt Walk" when it formed in 2007, PAWS on Parade raises funds to support the homeless cats and dogs in the care of P.A.W.S.
