Closed case report: Waldo County Superior Court
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court July 3 to July 23.
Kelly C. Kisch, 31, of Bangor, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast May 26, 2012, one year in prison, all suspended, two years of probation and $2,301.88 restitution.
Patrick C. Mackley, 26, of Benton, assault in Unity Aug. 31, 2012, 364 days in prison with all but 25 days suspended and one year of probation; obstructing the report of a crime in Unity Aug. 31, 2012, seven days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Unity Aug. 31, 2012, 25 days in jail and $400 fine.
Laura Ann Petty, 35, of Santa Cruz, Calif., burglary in Searsport June 17, 2012, 29 months in prison.
Christopher White, 34, of Portland, probation violation, three years in prison, probation continued.
