BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity May 14-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

May 16

Katie Robinson, 21, of Belfast, was summonsed for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone on Smart Road in Belfast.

Ian C. Freeman, 26, of Machiasport, was summonsed for violating conditions of release.

May 20

Lyle H. Littlefield, 27, of Belfast, was summonsed for speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph zone on Poors Mill Road and failure to provide proof of insurance.

May 21

April Nickerson, 31, of Searsport, was summonsed for speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.

Laurie Underwood, 54, of Frankfort, was summonsed for assault.

May 22

Emmy Jo E. Paquette, 30, of Belfast, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer stemming from an incident May 13.

Jason S. Roberts, 32, of Jackson, was summonsed for operating after suspension.

Paul D. Fairfield, 67, of Belfast, was summonsed for cultivating marijuana, possessing a useable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
