Belfast police beat
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 12-May 6. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
April 12
Shana A. Colby, 35, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license.
April 29
Brian K. Hilton, 26, of Belfast, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a fines hearing.
April 30
Damien A. Rchards, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic assault, domestic violence terrorizing, driving to endanger and obstructing the report of a crime or injury.
May 1
Jetton R. Whiting, 20, of Northport, was summonsed for possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.
Stacee L. Stratton, 31, of Searsport, was summonsed for violating conditions of release.
Michael Robbins, 44, of Belfast, was summonsed for operating after suspension and attaching false plates.
May 2
Lisa L. Folkman, 47, of Belfast, was summonsed for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.
Michael J. Perry, 20, of Belfast, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
May 3
A Belfast juvenile was summonsed for possession of tobacco by a minor.
Martin W. Long, 26, of Belmont, was summonsed for possessing a useable amount of marijuana.
Blake A. Miliano, 22, of Belfast, was summonsed for possessing a useable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
May 4
Brian D. Sander, 20, of Bangor, was summonsed for violating a protective order.
Adam D. Ward, 31, of Swanville, was summonsed for unnecessary acceleration on Crocker Road in Belfast.
Officer Brian Lunt responded to a two-vehicle crash on High Street in Belfast, where one car was struck while trying to back out of a parking space. The second car was attempting to pull into the parking space next to the first vehicle using an improper turn. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. There were no injuries.
May 5
Richard B. Fredette, 40, of Albion, was arrested for aggravated assault and assault.
May 6
Jesse J. Theriault, 27, of Belfast, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
William Armstrong, 68, of Belfast, was summonsed for speeding 42 mph in a 25 mph zone on Waldo Avenue in Belfast.
