AUGUSTA — Rep. Walter Kumiega, D-Deer Isle, welcomed Genevieve Kurilec MacDonald, a lobster boat captain from Stonington. She is also a member of the Department of Marine Resources Lobster Advisory Council, to the State House Tuesday.
MacDonald was in Augusta to shadow Kumiega for the day and to testify on marine-related legislation.
