Tenants Harbor man draws 27 burglary-rated charges, Rockport man draws 14 sex crime charges
ROCKLAND — A grand jury met for three days last week in Rockland, finishing their work handing down 56 indictments against 49 individuals from Maine, the majority in Knox County, and one from Massachusetts.
A complete list of the indictments follow, as recorded by the clerks at Knox County Superior Court.
• David R. Beal, 41, of Maine State Prison in Warren, was indicted for aggravated assault stemming from an incident Sept. 8, 2012, in the prison. This is a Department of Corrections case.
• Edwin Benito, 30, of Warren, was indicted for two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (marijuana). Both indictments stem from incidents that occurred in Rockland, Oct. 24 and Oct. 25, 2012, when Benito is accused of trafficking on a school bus or within 1,000-feet of a school or safe zone. The second indictment is for trafficking in Rockland Oct. 25, 2012. This is a Maine Drug Enforcement Agency case.
• Cassandra J. Blalock, 20, of Lincolnville, was indicted for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (heroin) stemming from an incident in Thomaston July 27, 2012. This is a Maine State Police Troop D case.
• Ricky E. Block, 46, of Tenants Harbor, was indicted for two counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, and one count each of criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. Block is accused of burglarizing two residences in St. George Nov. 2, 2012 and taking firearms or explosive devices, jewelry, a television and a bicycle. He is also accused of damaging or destroying windows at a residence. This is a Knox County Sheriff's Office case.
• Ricky E. Block, 46, of Tenants Harbor, was indicted for five counts of burglary and four counts of theft by unauthorized taking. Block is accused of burglarizing residences in Warren Aug. 21, 2012), Cushing (Feb. 18, 2012) and South Thomaston (July 31 and Aug. 20, 2012) and taking televisions, a coffee maker, wristwatch, jewelry, cell phone, computer, video games and tools, all valued more than $1,000. This is a KCSO case.
• Ricky E. Block, 46, of Tenants Harbor, was indicted for three counts of burglary, six counts of theft by unauthorized taking, one count of burglary of a motor vehicle and one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Block is accused of burglarizing a Rockland dwelling (Aug. 26, 2012), two Thomaston residences and a vehicle (Sept. 28, 2012) and taking firearms or explosive devices, an officer's duty belt, pepper spray and handcuffs, fishing gear and a watch, jewelry, a computer, video game system, and a camera, all valued more than $1,000. This is a Thomaston Police Department case.
• Daniel S. Boyce, 38, of Warren, was indicted for one count each of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. Boyce is accused of burglarizing Lie-Nielsen Toolworks in Warren Dec. 19, 2012, and taking machine parts and/or metal valued at more than $1,000. This is a KCSO case.
• Daniel S. Boyce, 38, of Warren, was indicted for one count each of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release. Boyce is accused of possessing and trafficking in more than one pound of marijuana in Warren Oct. 6, 2012. This is a KCSO case.
• Daniel S. Boyce, 38, of Warren, was indicted for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking stemming from an incident at a residence in Hope May 20, 2012, when he took fishing gear including a rod, tackle box, scale, survival kit, a hatchet and sunglasses.
• Desiree Capizzano, 28, of Rockland, was indicted for unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs in Rockland Sept. 17, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Hieth Chann, 28, of Washington, was indicted for cultivation of marijuana and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Chann is accused of growing between five and 99 marijuana plants in Washington and being in possession of more than one pound of the drug Sept. 23, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Jason Cockerline, 35, of Rockport, was indicted for aggravated assault in Rockland Nov. 4, 2012. This is a KCSO case.
• Corey Conway, 42, of Rockland, was indicted for unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (suboxone) in Rockland Sept. 20, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Corey Conway, 42, of Rockland, was indicted for aggravated trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drugs in Rockland Nov. 16, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Nathan E. Cowing, 30, of Camden, was indicted for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking. Cowing is accused of burglarizing a dwelling in St. George Aug. 2, 2012 and taking a tool box, tools and household items. This is a KCSO case.
• Jacob A. Crawford, 29, of Rockport, was indicted for operating after revocation in Rockport Oct. 29 2012. This is a Rockport Police Department case.
• Nicholas Scott Currier, 25, of Warren, was indicted for two counts of trafficking in prison contraband and one count of unlawful possession of schedule drugs. While inside Maine State Prison in Warren on two dates in July 2012, Currier is accused of making, possession or obtaining a hypodermic syringe (needle) and possessing and trafficking in the drug suboxone. This is a Maine Department of Corrections case.
• Christopher Curtis, 43, of Port Clyde, was indicted for cultivation of marijuana and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Curtis is accused of growing between 5 and 99 marijuana plants in Port Clyde and possessing 1-20 pounds of the drug Sept. 10, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Xavier Daniels, 21, of Rockland was indicted for criminal threatening and carrying a concealed weapon. Daniels is accused of threatening a victim in Rockland Aug. 18, 2012, with a concealed knife. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
• Michael D. D'Angelo, 33, of Acton, was indicted for failure to appear in Rockland March 5, 2012. D'Angelo was on bail for a charge of eluding an officer. This is a District Attorney's case.
• Jason Delano, 32, of Warren, was indicted for aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs. Delano is accused of trafficking in oxycodone on a school bus or within 1,000-feet of a school or safe zone in Thomaston Sept. 17, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Adam R. Doherty, 28, of Rockland, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking and misuse of identification. Doherty is accused of taking a wallet and cash in Camden Oct. 18, 2012, and using a debit or credit card that was stolen to obtain services in Rockland that same day. This is a Camden Police Department case
• Christopher Donohoe, 27, of Hope, was indicted for three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. Donohoe is accused of trafficking in heroin in Rockland June 20, June 22 and June 28, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Christopher Donohoe, 27, of Hope, was indicted for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession or distribution of dangerous knives. Donohoe is accused of trafficking in heroin in Thomaston July 27, 2012, when he also possessed a switchblade-type knife. This is a MSP-Troop D case.

• Allaura Elliott, 23, of Union, was indicted for two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (oxycodone) in Hope Oct. 11, 2012, and in Camden Oct. 16, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Shawn D. Emerson, 44, of Thomaston, was indicted for criminal operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest, disorderly conduct and operating beyond license conditions/restrictions. Emerson's indictment stems from an incident in Rockland Aug. 4, 2012. He has two prior OUI convictions. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
• Aaron J. Heald, 34, of Rockland, was indicted for unlawful sexual contact and furnishing liquor to a minor. Heald is accused of sexual contact with a victim who was less than 14 years old at the time and for providing alcohol to a pair of minors, both born in 1999. The incident occurred Nov. 2, 2012, in Rockland. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
• Christopher Henry, 32, of Bucksport, was indicted for negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check). On or between Aug. 20, 2011 and Feb. 29, 2012, Henry is accused of passing at least 22 checks at the Rockland Shaw's supermarket for cash and/or goods valued more than $1,000. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
• Shawn Jones, 25, of Warren, was indicted for one count of cultivation of marijuana and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Jones is accused of growing between 5 and 99 marijuana plants and possessing hydrocodone and cocaine in Warren May 30, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Brandon E. Kavanaugh, 27, of Warren, was indicted for operating after revocation and improper plates in Rockland July 28, 2012. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
• David Libby, 42, of Warren, was indicted for trafficking in prison contraband and trafficking tobacco in an adult correctional facility. Libby is accused of trafficking in marijuana and tobacco in Maine State Prison Oct. 9, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Kenneth E. MacDonald, 44, of Rockland, was indicted for two counts of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs. MacDonald is accused of furnishing marijuana to a minor in Union May 12, 2012. This is a MSP-Troop D case.
• Arianna MacDougall, 29, of Somerville, was indicted for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture. MacDougall is accused of trafficking in hydrocodone in Union Nov. 13, 2012, and faces forfeiture of her 1997 Buick Century four-door vehicle. This is a MDEA case.
• Earl E. Moore III, 42, of Warren, was indicted for trafficking in prison contraband and unlawful possession f scheduled drugs. Moore is accused of trafficking and possessing suboxone while in custody at Maine State Prison July 4, 2012. This is a DOC case.
• Lyle W. Morris, 39, of Tenants Harbor, was indicted for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (methadone) and fraudulently obtaining or possessing a license or permit. The indictments stems from incidents in South Thomaston June 5, 2012, and in Tenants Harbor Dec. 31, 2010. This is a Maine Warden Service case.
• Stephan T. Norton, 31, of Shrewsbury, Mass., was indicted for robbery, theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of stealing drugs. Norton is accused of robbing a female by force in Rockland Sept. 26, 2012, taking cash and personal belongings valued at more than $1,000 and stealing oxycodone and hydroxyzine and/or Buspirone. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
• Katrina Oakes, 30, of Rockland, was indicted for aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs. Oakes is accused of trafficking in marijuana on a school bus or within 1,000-feet of a school or safe zone in Rockland Oct. 25, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• David Angelo Parker, 43, of Warren, was indicted for two counts each of trafficking in prison contraband and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Parker is accused of trafficking and possessing buprenorphine, naloxone and or needles in Maine State Prison June 30 and July 4, 2012. This is a DOC case.
• Shane N. Parker, 26, of Peaks Island, was indicted for trafficking in prison contraband and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Parker is accused of conveying or attempting to convey buprenorphine and/or naloxone to Maine State Prison inmate David Parker in Warren June 30, 2012. This is a DOC case.
• Jeffrey Pease, 41, of Union, was indicted for two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (oxycodone) in Washington Nov. 15 and Nov. 16, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Kendall Ross, 28, of Rockland, was indicted for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (hydrocodone) and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs in Rockland Sept. 20, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Roscoe Burleigh Sargent, 39, of Warren, was indicted for aggravated assault with the use of a shank while being held at Maine State Prison in Warren Oct. 19, 2012. This is a DOC case.
• Paul Joseph Schlosser, 27, of Warren, was indicted for assault on an officer while being held at Maine State Prison in Warren Sept. 15, 2012. This is a DOC case.
• Ricky Seekins, 41, of Brooks, was indicted for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. Seekins is accused of trafficking in Camden Oct. 2, 2012, and agents seized more than a pound of marijuana in a six-month period. This is a MDEA case.
• Kenneth A. St.Pierre, 26, of Nobleboro, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking of tires, valued at more than $1,000, in Appleton June 23, 2012. This is a MSP case.
• Jason L. Strout, 30, of Chelsea, was indicted for burglary and theft by unauthorzed taking. Strout is accused of burglarizing a Washington structure July 9, 2011, and taking metal and/or other property valued at more than $1,000. This is a KCSO case.
• Richard A. Stahursky, 34, of Warren, was indicted for trafficking in prison contraband. Stahursky is accused of trafficking in a shank at Maine State Prison in Warren Jan. 13. This is a DOC case.
• Charles A. Stone, 41, of Waldoboro, was indicted for driving to endanger and operating a defective motor vehicle. Stone is accused of being involved in a motor vehicle accident caused by equipment that did not conform to standards April 12, 2012 in Warren. This is a KCSO case.
• Benjamin S. Ten Broek, 34, of Liberty, was indicted for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (oxycodone) in Washington March 29, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Leann Thivierge, 34, of Rockport, was indicted for stealing drugs, receiving stolen property and three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Thivierge is accused of stealing Percocet (oxycodone) in Thomaston Feb. 3, 2012, as well as possessing oxycodone, Adderall, Ritalin, Klonopin, paroxetine and/or amitriptyline. She is also accused of receiving a stolen heater in Warren Feb. 3, 2012. This is a MSP case.
• Zachary Underhill, 35, of Warren, was indicted for aggravated cultivation of between 5 and 99 marijuana plants in Warren Aug. 13, 2012. Underhill has previous drug-related convictions. This is a MDEA case.
• Erik L. Vultee, 43, of Rockport, was indicted for 10 counts of unlawful sexual contact, one count of gross sexual assault, one count of visual sexual aggression against a child, sexual misconduct with a child and unlawful sexual touching. The series of incidents leading to the indictment and multiple charges occurred between June 2009 and November 2001, and included one victim under the age of 12. This is a MSP-Troop D case.
• Ronald Watkins, 44, of Northport, was indicted for unlawful trafficking in more than a pound of marijuana within a six-month period in Camden and criminal forfeiture of a 2007 Suzuki GSX 1300R motorcycle. This is a MDEA case.
• Barbara R. White, 21, of Washington, was indicted for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (oxycodone) in Warren May 26 2012. This is a KCSO case.
• Gresham Williams, 36, of Thomaston, was indicted for aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. Williams is accused of trafficking in oxycodone at least once within 1,000-feet of a school or safe zone in Thomaston Sept. 17, 2012. This is a MDEA case.
• Michael Willis, 28, of South Thomaston, was indicted for robbery, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, stealing and drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Willis is accident of threatening to use force in the commission of a robbery in Rockland July 31, 2012, when he also is accused of possessing and trafficking in 300 or more oxycodone pills stolen from Jensen's Pharmacy. This is a Rockland Police Department case.
