SOUTH THOMASTON —Thomas W. Jackson, 59, died peacefully Feb. 3, 2013, at a friend's home in Warren.
Born in Rockland, July 30, 1953, he was the son of Malcolm and Dorothy Johnson Jackson.
For many years Thomas was employed as a fork lift driver with North Atlantic Sea Product in Rockland. His family said he enjoyed going to Beano and riding his bicycle.
Thomas will be remembered as a person with a great deal of compassion for others. He was a kind and generous man who will be missed by all his friends.
Thomas is survived by his parents of South Thomaston; his daughter, Priscilla Robinson of Rockland; his sons, Thomas Jackson and his wife, Lenora, of Rockland, Kevin Jackson and his companion, Mikey, of South Thomaston, Donald Field of Winterport and Brandon Robinson and his companion, Amily, of Hope; four brothers, all of South Thomaston, Ronald Jackson and his wife, Brenda, Gerald Jackson, Paul Jackson and his wife, Deborah and Daniel Jackson and his wife, Kelly; as well as three grandchildren.
