Classic Car Show to close Camden’s Chestnut Street, Sept. 10
The Camden Police Department is advising that Chestnut Street will be closed to all parking beginning at 11 a.m. and all vehicles must be removed by 11:30 a.m. on September 10 for the rescheduled Classic Car Show.
Chief Randy Gagne said the area must be free of all vehicles as all of Chestnut Street parking spots will be closed off beginning at 11 a.m. and will be closed to all traffic from Elm Street to Wood Street.
Gagne wants people to know that if vehicles are left there after 11:30 a.m. on September 10, that their vehicle is subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
The chief said in a news release that the Camden Parking Officer has met with the businesses and church representatives and residents on Chestnut Street to let people know of this rescheduled event.
