Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from May 26-29.
Brittany E. Benner, 25, of South Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine.
Dana H. Blackington, 52, of Vinalhaven, criminal threatening, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year.
Arlene A. Condon, 39, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years probation, $110 restitution.
Traci L. Culterra, 49, of Hope, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison with all suspended, probation, two years, $83 restitution.
Jason R. Jones, 28, of Washington, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, $225 restitution, $1,200 total fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Stephanie Libby, 26, of Rockland, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year, $120 restitution.
Mackenzie K. Murray, 23, of Waldoboro, probation violation, original conviction for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Christy Nason, 39, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison with all but 20 days suspended, probation two years; two counts of violating condition of release, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in drugs, dismissed.
Amanda Oakes, 25, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 14 days in jail.
Anthony C. Philbrook, 40, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five years in jail, all but eight months suspended, probation three years, $34,000 in restitution; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
Louis J. Rubino, 33, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, trafficking in prison contraband, six months in jail.
Jason Smith, 28, of Rockland, probation violation, original convictions for burglary of motor vehicle and thefts, priors, three years with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, $1,400 restitution.
Chad Young, 35, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for operating under the influence, two priors, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
