Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from May 18-22. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Andrew G. Anderson, 56, of Thomaston, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine.
Nathasha N. Beckett, 25, of Knox, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Dustin Campbell, 30, of Waldoboro, attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Ryan Carballo, 31, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Samantha Edwards, 20, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Herman Hoffman, 40, of Spruce Head, unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.
Cole R. Libby, 20, of Liberty, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the limit, $750 fine.
Ryan Maloney, 20, of Cushing, minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Daniel McKechnie, 25, of Waldoboro, resident operator commercial fishing without a license, $150 fine.
Ashley O’Brian, 26, of Thomaston, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Vijaya Pasumarti, 49, of Bellmead, N.J., operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Rocki Prophet, 25, of Owls Head, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Michael T. Staples, 31, of Cushing, engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine.
Dylan Troy, 22, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Dallas E. Walton, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 10 days in jail.
