ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity April 7-14. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

April 9 

Chad Young, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun on two warrants for violating conditions of release. 

Gina Glidden, 26, of Washington, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun for theft.  

April 10 

Christopher Cummings, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence and possession of a scheduled drug. 

April 11  

Nile Recchia, 39, of Rockland was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence and charged with operating after suspension. 

Kristina Rowe, 43, of Rockland, was charged by Sergeant Don Finnegan with violating conditions of release. 

David Ripley, 35, of Rockland, was issued a citation by Officer Scott Redmun for expired inspection sticker.  

Raul Cantu, 36, of Robstown, Texas, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

April 12  

Norman Howard, 36, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for failing to give correct name, and charged with operating after suspension and failing to produce evidence of insurance.  

Amy Ashley, 36, of Augusta, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor on a probation hold.

April 13  

Kelly Nichols, 39, of Waldoboro, was arrested Officer William Smith for theft.
