Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from March 2-6.
Calvin D. Evasius, 21, of Palermo, operating vehicle without a license, seven days in jail; operating under the influence, one prior, seven days in jail, $700 fine, license suspended three years, registration suspended; violating conditions of release, seven days in jail.
Danielle R. Lataille, 46, of Cushing, domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Steven J. Leclerec, 50, of Camden, refusing to sign uniform summons complaint, 72 days in jail; operating under the influence, no test, one prior, $900 fine, 180 days in jail, all but 12 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.
Ryan Marves, 33, of North Haven, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Devon M. Pease, 22, of Warren, criminal use of laser pointer, seven days in jail; two counts of violating conditions of release, seven days in jail.
Ricky Powell, 53, of Friendship, criminal mischief, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.
Jeffrey A. Sholes, 28, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
James R. Simmons, 40 of Friendship, two counts of violating conditions of release, seven days in jail; operating under the influence, no test, seven days in jail, $600 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Earle Studley, 31, of Union, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, dismissed.
Joshua Woodbury, 36, of Madison, criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, $371 restitution.
Heath Yeaton, 37, of Cushing, terrorizing, 60 days in jail; assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail; engaging in activities while suspended, 48 hours in jail.
