The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court between Sept. 17 and Sept. 24, 2012.

Donald C. Brickett, 41, of Fairfield, operating under the influence (injury or death) in Burnham Jan. 7, 2009, $2,100 fine, five years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and license suspended for 10 years.

Desirae Reed, 29, of Orland, three counts of burglary, dismissed; one count of theft by insurance deception, dismissed.  All four incidents occurred in Prospect July 31, 2012.
