Singer-songwriter Falu Shah presents “Falu’s Bazaar” on Saturday, May 24, at 11 a.m. Her performance will introduce children to the wonders of South Asian music, her songs taking them on a musical journey through South Asia and the day-to-day wonders of childhood.

Falu’s fourth album, A Colorful World, won the 2022 GRAMMY Award for Best Children’s Album. The Mumbai-born artist became the first Indian-born singer-songwriter to win the recording world’s top honor. She has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The Grand Old Opry and numerous other distinguished venues around the globe.

Muddy Boots is an interactive series that offers children the freedom to move and dance at concerts created just for them.

Bay Chamber presents more than 50 concerts each year by top musicians from the U.S. and abroad, including traditional chamber music ensembles, soloists, and small groups from diverse traditions. The music school is a center of excellence staffed by experienced, dedicated instructors with advanced music degrees. Most continue to perform professionally. More than 390 students participate in lessons and ensemble classes.
