Brace yourselves! We’ve got a stellar crew of externs from the Culinary Institute of America with us this summer, and they are crushing it in the kitchen.
This week they’ve been baking up a storm, including:
• Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
• Creme brulee cheesecake with blueberry or strawberry coulis
And that’s just the beginning. We’re talking fresh focaccia, muffins, English muffin bread, raspberry scones, lemon blueberry cupcakes… it’s a full-on baked goods bonanza, and we are not mad about it.
