Joshua Anthony, 41, of Vinalhaven, operating while license suspended or revoked on Vinalhaven Feb. 12, 2022, $500 fine.

Michael Bates, 37, of Warren, reckless conduct in Thomaston April 21, 2021, found not guilty at trial.

Matthew Baudanza, 38, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Nov. 9, 2021, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Eliot T. Boyce, 51, of Cushing, violating municipal shellfish ordinance in Cushing Dec. 2, 2020, dismissed.

Julie Butman, 18, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Jan. 26, 2022, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; minor consuming liquor in Thomaston Jan. 26, 2022, $200 fine.

Jennifer Lee Chaplin, 35, of Auburn, domestic violence assault and violating condition of release in Thomaston Oct. 30, 2021, both dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Thomaston Oct. 30, 2021, $150 fine.

Lucas H. Karen Cooper, 55, of North Haven, violating condition of LTD-purpose aquaculture lease on North Haven Feb. 10, 2022, $100 fine.

Lucas H. Dinan, 37, of Hebron, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport Jan. 23, 2022, dismissed.

Christopher Dodge, 47, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland April 1, 2020, 180 days in jail all suspended, administrative release sentence one year, restitution of $2,400.

Jacob A. Ecker, 48, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Warren March 5, 2022, dismissed.

Adam J. Farris, 43, of Rockland, assault in Rockland June 6, 2021, dismissed.

Scott Gaiason, 76, of Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), in Rockland Aug. 20, 2021, dismissed.

William C. Glaude, 41, of Waldoboro, resident operator commercial fishing without a license in St. George Feb. 26, 2022, $100 fine.

Jon J. Hawes, 50, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Appleton Aug. 25, 2021, $500 fine, two days in jail, license suspended five months.

Wayne Hooper, 63, of Owls Head, illegal possession of a firearm in Owls Head Sept. 9, 2020, 364 days in prison, probation year; domestic violence criminal threatening and obstructing report of a crime in Owls Head Sept. 9, 2020, both dismissed; violating condition of release in Owls Head Feb. 27, 2021, dismissed.

Holly Walker, 34, of Vinalhaven, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report on Vinalhaven Feb. 5, 2022, $250 fine for each incident.
