BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity, April 3-33. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

April 3

A juvenile from Montville was summonsed for speeding 69 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 3 in Belfast.

April 4

Nathan A. Raymond, 23, of Morrill, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired December 2012).

April 5

Marlon W. Brown, 61, of Belfast, was summonsed for speeding 38 mph in a 15 mph zone on High Street in Belfast.

April 7

Sabrina Hazlett, 27, of Morrill, was summonsed for operating under the influence on Pitcher Road in Belfast.

April 9

Lois I. McFarlin, 66, of Manassas, Va., was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration.

April 10

William E. Tayler, 60, of Putney, Vt., was summonsed for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3 in Belfast.

Randi N. Gagne, 24, of Searsmont, was summonsed for speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3 in Belfast and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Whitney L. Hodgdon, 26, of Stockton Springs, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Monique M. Kandra, 53, of Bangor, was summonsed for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1 in Belfast and failure to provide proof of insurance.

April 12

Alicia B. Kinney, 29, of Belfast, was arrested on a probation hold after family members requested the Belfast Police conduct a welfare check. Probation and Parole also requested a drug test be given and a hold was placed when Kinney failed the test.

April 14

Timothy Wry, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 3 in Belfast.

April 15

Robert J. Brennan, 61, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was summonsed for speeding 65 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3 in Belfast.

Jonathan D. Saball, 27, of Searsport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (none).

April 19

Matthew David Rankin, 26, of Swanville, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

A juvenile from Waldo was summonsed for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3 in Belfast.

April 22

Jonathan D. Miller, 25, of Belfast, was summonsed for aggravated assault.
