Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrant, OUI, speeding
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity June 17 - July 9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
June 17
Scott Grigor, 32, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for speeding 62 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Jeffrey Teel, 65, of Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding 66 mph in a 45 mph zone.
June 21
Tamara Davis, 23, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for operating after suspension.
June 24
Marc Chiavon, 31, of Searsmont, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for speeding 55 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Marc Gagne, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Ford on a warrant.
June 28
Susan J. Blake, 70, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation.
July 4
Frederick Chatfield, 72, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for an expired registration more than 150 days.
July 6
Michael Tassi, 26, of Hope, was charged by Taylor for operating under the influence.
July 7
Albert Lodge, 19, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Taylor for an inspection violation.
Robin Botley, 24, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Taylor for seat belt violation.
July 9
Matthew B. Jones, 29, of Lincolnville, was charged by Officer Jacob Powers for operating under the influence (drugs) and violating a condition of release.
