Knox County Criminal Docket, closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Sept. 17-21.
David Atwood, 49, of Thomaston, aggravated assault, probation violation for original conviction of aggravated assault, 15 months in prison, probation revoked.
Douglas W. Crute, 91, of Owls Head, criminal mischief, $250 fine; violating condition of relase, $250 fine; violating condition of release, dismissed.
Carlton J. Elliott, 29, of Waldoboro, probation violation for original conviction of eluding an officer, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Dean M. Feltis, 51, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.
Aaron G. Fogg, 31, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Amy E. Gray, 50, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended three years.
Hailey Lynn Harwood, 25, of Vinalhaven, harassment, acquitted; violating protection from abuse order, acquitted.
Nicholas E. King, 28, of Union, probation violation for original conviction for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Dale E. Landrith Jr., 41, of Rockport, domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of injury, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed; reckless conduct, 48 hours in jail.
Clara Malmstrom, 42, of Rockland, criminal mischief, four days in jail, restitution $347.
Alfred T. McLaughlin, 64, of Port Clyde, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum, $1600 fine, $800 suspended.
Derek M. Norton, 45, of Camden, keeping an unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
Joshua L. Ross, 31, of Thomaston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
Tracy Taylor, 48, of Warren, attaching false plates, $200 fine; failure to register vehicle, dismissed.
Zachary J. Thomas, 34, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three counts, dismissed; criminal trespass, $250 fine.
