Waldoboro police beat: domestic violence, harassment and assault
WALDOBORO – Waldoboro police reported the following activity, Jan. 29 to Feb. 4. Waldoboro officers responded to 106 calls for service in this time period. Below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Jan. 29
Officer Sean Kozer arrested Hailey Brazier Glidden, 23, of Waldoboro for domestic violence assault.
He also summonsed Gregory Blackler, 29, of Waldoboro for a violation of conditional release.
Officer Jeremy Joslyn investigated a harassment report. The subject was found and warned about harassment.
Jan. 31
Officer Thomas Bartunek is investigating an attempted burglary report. No entry was gained.
Feb. 1
Officer Jeffery Fuller arrested Zacariah Sawyer, 19, of Waldoboro, for a violation of conditional release.
Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Corey Main, 37, of Waldoboro, on a warrant.
Officer Jeremy Joslyn investigated an accident at the intersection of Manktown and Union roads at 8:15 p.m. According to the report, Tyler Jones, 16, of Warren, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck. Jason Hall, 36, of Bristol, was driving a 2005 Nissan sedan. Jones was traveling on Manktown Road when he came to the stop sign. Unable to stop, he collided with Hall, whose sedan as pushed into a tree. Jone's pickup came to rest down an embankment. Injuries were sustained.
Feb. 2
Officer Jeremy Joslyn arrested Hailey Brazier Glidden, 23, of Waldoboro, for a violation of conditional release.
