Waldoboro man arrested, accused of trafficking bath salts in Knox County
WALDOBORO — For the second time in a month, Bradford Davis of Waldoboro has been arrested for trafficking bath salts.
Maine Drug Enforcement agents arrested Davis, 37, Feb. 20 at his home on Friendship Road. According to MDEA Supervisor James Pease, agents seized 20 grams of bath salts from Davis Wednesday.
In addition to being charged with trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drugs (bath salts), Davis was charged with violating conditions of release.
According to Pease, Davis was free on bail following his arrest Jan. 17, when agents seized 44 grams of bath salts from him.
Pease said Davis has been selling the drug in Knox County.
Davis is being held at Two Bridges Jail in Wiscasset with no bail allowed, due to his prior arrest. He was due to appear in court today in Wiscasset on the new charges.
