BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court March 1-15, 2013.

Owen B. Allen, 43, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass in Belfast Nov. 11, 2011, four years in prison; assault in Belfast Nov. 11, 2011, 364 days in prison and $300 fine; burglary in Belfast Nov. 11, 2011, eight years in prison; gross sexual assault in Belfast Nov. 11, 2011, 13 years in prison.

Mark V. Chadwick, 43, of Searsmont, domestic violence criminal threatening in Searsmont Sept. 16, 2012, three years in prison with all but seven months suspended and two years of probation.

Bradford W. Eaton, 21, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Searsport Feb. 5, 2013, 364 days in jail with all but six months suspended and two years of probation.

Vernal J. Hood, 28, of Montville, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 5, 2012, 18 months in prison with all but 45 days suspended, one year of probation, license and registration suspended for six years, and $1,100 fine.

Brian W. Larrabee, 30, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 30, 2012, nine months in jail and $1,000 fine.

Scott Brian Ritter, 25, of Belfast, gross sexual assault in Northport Sept. 30, 2010, 20 years in prison with all but seven years suspended and six years of probation.

Emery Tenney, 34, of Belfast, assault in Belfast May 9, 2012, six months in jail, all suspended, one year of probation and $300 fine.

Samantha F. White, 29, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 14, 2012, 27 months in prison and $6.25 restitution.
