BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity July 28 – Aug. 12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

July 28

• Daniel Armstrong, 34, of Northport, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.
• Steven Haver, 45, of Palermo, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

July 29

• Leonard Maker, 22, of Northport, was summonsed for operating after suspension.

July 30

• Tanya Boudreau, 32, of Brooks, was arrested for violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

July 31

• Mark Tibbetts, 42, of Jackson, was arrested for failure to pay fines or fees.

Aug. 1

• Marlin Traynum, 43, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.

Aug. 2

• Jason Baldwin, 38, of Palermo, was arrested for sexual abuse of a minor and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Aug. 3

• Matthew Farrell, 26, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Aug. 4

• Sean I. Skaggs, 30, of Searsport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation.
• Benjamin I. Tracy, 37, of Winterport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation.
• Kayla Link, 22, of Trenton, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation and for a seatbelt violation.
• Evan Thomas, 30, of Winterport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation.
• Jason Baldwin, 38, of Palermo, was arrested for sexual abuse of a minor and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Aug. 4

• Samantha Rancourt, 34, of Searsport, was summonsed for operating after suspension.

Aug. 5

• Mary L. Czenkusch, 29, of Islesboro, was summonsed for operating under the influence on Main Road in Islesboro.

Aug. 7

• Anthony F. Moulton, 39, of Northport, was summonsed for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (over 150 days).

Aug. 8

• Daniel C. Piper, 27, of Swanville, was summonsed for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (over 150 days). 

Aug. 9

• Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of single-vehicle accident on Stream Road in Winterport, where the operator was headed eastbound when their vehicle went off the road on the right side, coming to rest against a tree. Moody reported the driver stated it was raining “very hard” and that she thought she hydroplaned. The vehicle sustained minor damage and the driver complained of back pain, but refused to be taken by ambulance to the hospital, reportedly telling Moody she would get checked out independently.

Aug. 10

• Robert D. Bach, 75, of North Haven, was summonsed for speeding 63 mph in a 35 mph zone on North Main Street in Winterport.
• Roland J. Lavoie, 43, of Stockton Springs, was summonsed for displaying a fictitious sticker.

Aug. 11

• Christopher King, 26, of Bucksport, was summonsed for operating after suspension.
• Jeffrey A. Kirk, 51, of Troy, was arrested for operating under the influence on Rogers Road in Troy.

Aug. 12

• Candace Ridel, 26, of Winterport, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.
