BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Office reported the following activity March 1-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
March 1
Deputy Jordan Tozier responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Lincolnville involving a single vehicle whose operator lost control. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
March 2
Sarah J. Blankenship, 23, of Ellsworth, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Kerston Lane, 36, of Brooks, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of criminal mischief.
Vaughn K. Pierce, 31, of Burnham, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer stemming from an incident Jan. 28, 2012.
Justin T. Henderson, 25, of Burnham, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, stemming from an incident Jan. 28, 2013.
March 3
James I. Marsh, 52, of Blue Hill, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Joel M. Puorro, 62, of Belfast, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Aris E. Theodorakis, 35, of Fort Kent, was summonsed for driving to endanger.
John Rock, 50, of Lincolnville, was summonsed for violating conditions of release.
David E. Teixeira, 31, of Jackson, was summonsed for an inadequate tire.
Torie York, 35, of Freedom, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear and unpaid fines.
Deputy Darrin Moody responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Winterport involving a single vehicle whose operator lost control, causing him to leave the roadway and strike trees. The vehicle was towed from the scene and no injuries were reported.
March 4
Christopher M. Schors, 41, of Searsport, was summonsed for attaching false plates.
March 5
Gail Pomerleau, 47, of Palermo, was summonsed for illegal attachment of plates.
Adrian Davis, 34, of Searsmont, was arrested for possession of a scheduled drug, failure to appear and violating conditions of release.
Samantha Wallace, 40, of Northport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
March 6
Lawrence Grant, 53, of Palermo, was arrested for domestic violence assault, criminal threatening and criminal mischief.
March 7
Thomas A. Thomas II, 37, of Waldo, was arrested for unlawful sexual touching and violating conditions of release.
Crystal Doucette, 31, of Corinna, was summonsed for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release. Doucette was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a charge of operating after suspension, and failure to appear for a charge of unpaid restitution for theft.
Austin Stevens, 29, of Swanville, was summonsed for violating conditions of release.
March 8
Paul J. Leblanc, 45, of Belfast, was summonsed for inspection sticker violation (expired February 2012).
March 9
Jill M. Artkop, 36, of Searsmont, was summonsed for violating conditions of release.
Deborah Smith, 27, of Waldo, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Adam Whitney, 32, of Waldo, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Brett A. Hamilton, 18, of Hermon, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (none).
Jeffrey A. Cook, 48, of Belmont, was summonsed for failure to register a motor vehicle (greater than 150 days).
Jonathan D. Saball, 27, of Searsport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired October 2012).
Stacee L. Stratton, 31 of Stockton Springs, was summonsed for violating conditions of release and two charges of unlawful possession of a schedule Z drugs.
Leslie F. Larrabee, 35, of Stockton, was summonsed for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and unlawful possession of a schedule Z drug.

Mondrian R. Shumate, 27, of Montville, was summonsed for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days).
Sarah A. Servisky, 41, of Brooks, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired March 2012).
Janelle M. Winship, 18, of Bucksport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired June 2012).
March 13
Melanie S. Cote, 39, of Ashland, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired November 2012) and operating an unregistered motor vehicle (over 150 days).
Deputy Tozier responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Northport involving a single vehicle whose operator was unable to avoid a deer that entered the roadway. The vehicle was towed from the scene and no injuries were reported.
Deputy Moody responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in Swanville involving a single vehicle whose operator lost control of the vehicle when distracted by a dog leaping from the backseat into the front seat. The vehicle, which went into a ditch and came to rest on the passenger's side, was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
March 14
Seth C. Knight, 24, of Monroe, was summonsed for trespassing by motor vehicle on Curtis Road in Monroe.
March 15
Fredric A. Kristal, 52, of Hampden, was summonsed for speeding 63 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1 in Searsport.
Aaron Dill, 22, of Brooks, was arrested on a warrant for charges of theft and criminal mischief.
March 18
Roger Nielsen, 67, of Monroe, was summonsed for unlawful trafficking of a schedule Z drug (marijuana) and possession of a firearm by a felon, stemming from an incident Nov. 16, 2012.
David M. Hodgdon, 41, of Waldo, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (none) and failure to provide proof of insurance.
Casey L. Rairdon, 23, of Swanville, was summonsed for operating after suspension.
Deputy Moody responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Searsmont involving a single vehicle whose operator was unable to avoid a deer that entered the roadway. The vehicle sustained minor damage and no injuries were reported.
March 19
Jessica Davis, 26, of Brooks, was summonsed for failure to notify of an accident by quickest means and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Deputy Tozier responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash in Knox, where the operator lost control and the vehicle left the roadway and came to rest at a driveway embankment. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.

Deputy David Wintle responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Montville involving a single vehicle whose operator lost control and landed on the passenger's side door in a ditch. The vehicle was towed from the scene and no injuries were reported.
Deputy Moody responded to a crash in Northport involving a single vehicle whose operator lost control and struck a utility pole. The pole was damaged and the vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
March 20
Robert Cushman, 22, of Belmont, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines and fees.

Shane Eddy, 28, of Waldo, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a charge of operating after suspension.
Vicky M. Leclerc, 22, of Van Buren, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer stemming from an incident May 30, 2012.

Bert A. Noble, 43, of Brooks, was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Fayth A. Savon, 18, of Liberty, was summonsed for possession of alcohol by a minor.
March 25
Stephen Cummings, 25, of Northport, was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
March 26
Jason Kilby, 32, of Belfast, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired October 2012).
Deputy Moody responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Northport, where a deer entered the roadway and struck the vehicle. The vehicle sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.
March 28
Chad J. Bush, 43, of Guilford, was summonsed for violating a protective order and violating conditions of release.
Deputy Moody responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in Morrill, where the operator was unable to avoid a deer. The vehicle suffered minor damage and no injuries were reported.
