U.S., Maine flags to lower half-staff to honor Dallas victims

AUGUSTA – Governor Paul R. LePage, in accordance with a proclamation signed by President Obama, is directing the flags of the United States and State of Maine be lowered to half-staff immediately to honor the victims of the attack in Dallas, Texas.
Flags should be raised on Tuesday, July 12, at sunset.
