John E. Wooster, 48, of Thomaston, operating with expired license more than 90 days.

Feb. 6

Janel Spencer-Hagey, 56, of Rockport, inspection violation; insurance violation.

Feb. 7

Charles A. Libby, 24, of Rockport, operating after habitual offender revocation.

Feb. 8

Craig Curtis, 39, of Rockport, domestic violence assault.
