Rockport Police beat: Assault, drug possession, speeding
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity May 21-June 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
May 21
Carrie Genthner, 42, of Waldoboro, was charged by Officer Travis Ford with assault, drug possession.
May 24
Leeann Thivierge, 39, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for registered owner of vehicle passing stopped school bus.
May 26
Elaine Matson, 50, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
May 28
Alexandra Crawford, 23, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Tony DelVecchio for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Marshall G. Bolster Jr., 72, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by DelVecchio for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone.
May 31
Lisa M. Davidson, 35, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for failure to register vehicle.
June 2
Kayla M. Start, 32, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation and unregistered vehicle more than 150 days.
June 3
Marshall Bolster, 72, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 50 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Tyler Fogg, 23, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating with an expired license.
Joshua G. Trundy, 31, of Hancock, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation.
