ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity April 14-21. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

April 15

Christopher Knight, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence and charged with possession of useable amount of marijuana.

Clancy Collins, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (suboxone).

Bethany Hayward, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey on a warrant for theft.

Ronald Guay, 19, of Bangor, was arrested by Officers Scott Redmun and Jacob Shirey for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (hydroxyzine) and charged with possession of useable amount of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Christopher Roman, 21, of Levant, was charged by Officer Jacob Shirey with possession of useable amount of marijuana.

Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, was charged by Officer Jacob Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor.

April 16

Dustin Robinson, 27, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with operating after suspension.

Joshua Mills, 21, of South Thomaston, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for speeding.

April 17

Benjamin Benner, 41, transient, was arrested by Sergeant Kenneth Smith on three warrants for unpaid fines.

Patrick Dilalla, 35, of Rockland, was cited by Officer Scott Redmun for failing to display a valid certificate of inspection.

Justin Luszczki, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for violating conditions of release.

April 18

William Eustis, 32, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun for violating conditions of release.

Jacob Sawyer, 22, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for operating under the influence.
