Rockland Police beat: Hit-and-run, domestic violence, probation violation
ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity March 10-17. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
March 10
Linda White, 59, of Camden, was issued a traffic citation by Sergeant Ken Smith for failing to stop at a stop sign.
March 11
Kimberly Crosby, 29, of Rockland, was issued a traffic citation by Officer Alex Gaylor for operating a vehicle with an expired registration.
March 12
Eric Montgomery, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jabob Shirey for domestic violence, criminal threatening and criminal mischief.
March 13
Michael Vellaro, 22, of Northport, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for failing to sign a summons and also charged with theft and criminal trespass.
Alice Chase, 30, of Thomaston, was charged by Officer Andrew Redden for passing a stopped school bus with red lights flashing.
Ryan Gamage, 28, of Owls Head, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for charges from a hit-and-run crash on March 9 in Rockland.
Gregory Cline, 64, of Spruce Head, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Andrew Redden for failing to appear.
Corey Rytky, 34, of Saint George, was issued a traffic citation by Officer Jacob Shirey for texting while driving.
March 14
Timothy Crawford, 52, of Augusta, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence.
March 15
David Flynn, 25, of Rockland, was issued a traffic citation by Sergeant Ken Smith for imprudent speed.
Dakota Pease, 19, of Camden, was charged by Officer Scott Redmun with operating after suspension.
March 16
Josiah Bernardo, 19, of Hope, was arrested by Officer William Smith for a probation violation.
