Rockland elects councilors, approves sewer, library, road repair and fiber optics spending
Rockland had a large turnout of 3,650 voters who addressed a sizeable municipal warrant. Citizens elected Ed Glaser and Larry Pritchett from of a ticket of four candidates to serve on the Rockland City Council.
