Jerimy R. Alden, 32, of Rockland, violating a protective order in Owls Head July 11, 2012, $350 fine.

David Alley, 26, of Bangor, operating a vehicle without a permit in Rockport Aug. 6, 2012, $150 fine.

John G. Barns, 20, of Irvine, Calif., passing a stopped school bus in St. George May 29, 2012, $250 fine.

Makayla Batty, 14, of Owls Head, operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed. Both incidents occurred in Owls Head Jan. 27, 2012.

Randall F. Blasius, 20, of Friendship, operating while license suspended or revoked in Cushing June 15, 2012, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; failing to stop for an officer in Warren June 15, 2012, dismissed.

Alexander M. Bobola, 20, of Warren, criminal mischief in Warren June 27, 2012, $250 fine and $104 restitution.

Tyler Boyd, 23, of Hope, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Camden June 29, 2012, $400 fine; possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces), dismissed.

Perry Boyden, 72, of Vinalhaven, failure to register a vehicle in Vinalhaven July 25, 2012, $150 fine.

Loraine Colella, 31, of Lewiston, criminal trespass, $250 fine; criminal threatening, $300 fine. Both incidents occurred in Washington June 24, 2012.

Courtney E. Costa, 19, of Union, minor consuming liquor in Union June 22, 2012, $300 fine.

Daniel J. Coyne, 50, of Portland, two counts of violating conditions of release in Rockland (Aug. 17 and Aug. 23), dismissed.

Candace L. Davis, 43, of Port Clyde, failure to register a vehicle in Rockland March 24, 2011, $150 fine.

Laura Desiree Davis, 37, of St. George, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Tenants Harbor April 9, 2012, $150 fine and $95 restitution; negotiating a worthless instrument in Thomaston April 10, $150 fine and $115 restitution.

Mark A. Eller, 64, of Appleton, wholesaling seafood without a supplemental license in Rockport Aug. 1, 2012, $200 fine.

Theodore R. Emery, 28, of Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Rockport Dec. 31, 2011, $400 fine; driving to endanger in Rockport Dec. 31, 2012, dismissed.

Paul L. Estes, 23, of St. George, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Rockland Dec. 28, 2011, $250 fine and $325.70 restitution; two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument in Rockland Dec. 28, 2011, dismissed.

Stephen Fitzgerald, 31, of Rockland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Rockland June 12, 2012, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to 1.125 ounces) in Rockland June 12, 2012, $350 fine.

Christopher Freeman, 21, of Camden, minor consuming liquor in Camden July 8, 2012, $200 fine.

Richard J. Graef, 20, of Zionsville, Ind., minor having false identification, $300 fine; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine; representing another's license or ID as their own, dismissed. All three incidents occurred in North Haven July 15, 2012.

David T. Hunt, 29, of Old Town, misuse of E-911 System in Rockland March 25, 2012, dismissed.

Nicholas Linscott, 18, of Union, violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail; minor consuming liquor, $200 fine. Both incidents occurred in Camden July 8, 2012.

Arthur C. Marrinner, 47, of Rockland, failing to make oral or written accident report in St. George Dec. 7, 2011, not guilty.

Liam P. Masterson, 23, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence in Rockland June 16, 2012, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Ronald Nadeau, 51, of Vinalhaven, criminal mischief, $200 fine and $646.80 restitution; reckless conduct, $200 fine. Both incidents occurred in Vinalhaven July 22, 2012.

Casey R. Nippe, 19, of Camden, minor transporting liquor in Rockport July 6, 2012, $250 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Taylor Olsen, 19, of Warren, minor transporting liquor in Friendship June 22, 2012, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.

Dustin R. Prescott, 23, of St. George, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland July 14, 2012, $350 fine.

Joseph Simmons, 23, of Rockland, possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces) in Cushing June 7, 2012, $350 fine.

Joel F. Swain, 36, of Tenants Harbor, cultivating marijuana, $400 fine and seven days in jail; criminal mischief, 7 days in jail. Both incidents occurred in St. George July 11, 2012.

Ariana A. Wadsworth, 20, of Thomaston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Camden May 31, 2012, $300 fine.

Matthew Wright, 29, of Hope, operating under the influence in Union June 30, 2012, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.
