Local cookbook author Malia Dell will talk about her self-published cookbook, Food That Works: Real Meals to Survive the 9 to 5., on the Monday Chris Wolf Show.

The cookbook is more than a compilation of recipes. It is a methodology with a mission, centered around food shopping, selecting quality ingredients, reading ingredient labels, doing prep work, and organizing the fridge, food is kept in rotation and nothing is wasted.

It is the result of years of traveling, working in the restaurant industry and talking to people about their lives. Dell will share recipes and handy tips to incorporate into a routine and answer questions about surviving the 9 to 5 grind.
