ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from March 16-20.

Elise J. Daniels, 36, of Union, criminal attempt; dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all suspended, probation three years, $250 restitution, aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drug, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Brian Day, 34, of South Thomaston, probation violation, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Andrew Egan, 44, of Rockland, operating under the influence, no test, three priors, $2,500 fine, five years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, license suspended eight years.
