William S. Holbrook, 26, of Rockport, gross sexual assault in Rockport July 31, 2012, not guilty.
Anthony M. Langille, 44, of Wiscasset, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in St. George June 23, 2012, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation and $500 restitution.
Patrick M. Quinn, 37, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland July 26, 2011, six months in jail.
James R. Simmons, 37, of Friendship, criminal threatening in Friendship Dec. 4, 2011, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended and a year of probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Friendship Dec. 5, 2011, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended and a year of probation, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Friendship Dec. 5, 2011, $400 fine and 45 days in jail; reckless conduct in Friendship Dec. 4, 2011, 364 days in Jail with all but 45 days suspended and a year of probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Friendship Dec. 16, 2011, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended and a year of probation; and violating conditions of release in Friendship Dec. 16, 2011, 45 days in jail.
John L. Tschupp, 70, of Rockland, violating conditions of release in Rockland March 24, 2011, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland March 24, 2011, $250 fine.
