Troy W. Beal, 51, of Friendship, assault in Warren July 17, 2012, dismissed; criminal mischief in Warren July 17, 2012, dismissed; criminal trespass in Warren July 17, 2012, dismissed.
Tina M. Berube, 48, of Winslow, operating under the influence with injury or death in Rockland June 13, 2008, probation partially revoked and continued with no sentence imposed.
Kegan Oak Collins, 34, of Warren, illegal possession of a firearm in Warren Nov. 8, 2012, $250 fine and 21 days in jail.
Kenneth Corlis, 45, of Rockland, domestic violence reckless conduct in Rockland Oct. 6, 2011, four months in jail; unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs in Rockland Feb. 28, $400 fine and four months in jail.
John Elliott Cotton, 52, of St. George, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Rockland April 1, 2012, $750 fine.
Justin L. Dickey, 29, of South Portland, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Vinalhaven Oct. 29, 2011, 10 days in jail.
Jason P. Dishman, 39, of Lewiston, gross sexual assault in Rockland July 18, 2001, five months in jail; gross sexual assault in Rockland May 12, 2001, five months in jail; gross sexual assault in Rockland Sept. 22, 2001, five months in jail.
Joshua R. Glidden, 28, of Friendship, criminal mischief in Washington Aug. 1, 2003, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Washington Oct. 1, 2004, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $1,620 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Washington Aug. 1, 2003, 60 days in jail; burglary in Washington Oct. 1, 2004, eight months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Washing Oct. 1, 2004, 60 days in jail; burglary in Washington Aug. 1, 2003, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $1,620 restitution.
Christopher Henry, 32, of Bucksport, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Rockland Aug. 20, 2011, 364 days in prison with all but 14 days suspended, one year of probation and 250 hours of community service.
Franklin Higgins, 50, of Warren, two counts of aggravated attempted murder in Warren May 24, 2011, not guilty.

Linda Lee, 37, of Somerville, operating under the influence in Washington Nov. 2, 2012, $1,100 fine, two years and six months in jail with all but 30 months suspended, two years of probation, and license and registration suspended for six years; operating a vehicle without a license in Washington Nov. 2, 2012, 30 days in jail.
Richard D. Loalbo Jr., 53, of Rockland, unlawful sexual contact in Thomaston Jan. 23, 2011, three years in jail with all but six months suspended and two years of probation.
Christopher D. Chad Young, 34, of Rockland, criminal mischief in Rockland Nov. 25, 2011, dismissed.
