Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from May 18-22.
Destiny Barrett, 23, of Rockland, endangering the welfare of a child, 180 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year.
Karen Bowen, 37, of Rockland, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
William W. Burrows, 21, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Xavier Daniels, 23, of Cushing, refusing to submit to arrest, physical force, $250 fine; assault, $300 fine; theft of services, $250 fine, $12 restitution; criminal trespass, dismissed.
Aron Marshall, 34, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
David Reckards, 45, of Thomaston, two counts of violating protection from abuse order, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
William Speed, 27, of Edgecomb, five counts of sexual abuse of a minor, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, seven days in jail.
Rebecca White, 23, of Warren, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, $500 fine.
