Jeffrey W. Cash Jr., 33, of Hope, operating under the influence (one prior), $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Brett A. Collamore, 18, of Appleton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine.

Jasmine Dennis, 23, of Rockport, operating vehicle without license, $350 fine.

Rebecca Dolloff, 66, of Boothbay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, restitution $40.

Jade M. Gagnon, 34, of Hope, unsworn falsification, $250 fine.

Rodney Genthner II, 33, of Friendship, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $800 fine.

Jacob S. Harper, 27, of Owls Head, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

Nicholas Hatch, 29, of Waldoboro, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Kenneth C. Lent, 56, of Rockland, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over speed limit, dismissed.

Nathan Libby, 28, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Slaymaker Larrain Luckl, 66, of Rockport, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Ryan Z. Miller, 19, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for an incident on Jan. 12, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; misuse of identification, three counts, for an incident on Jan. 12, 30 days in jail.

Tylor Miller, 23, of Sommerville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; restitution $15.61.

Justin Moccia, 31, of Rockport, assault for an incident June 1 in Rockland, $300 fine, six months in jail; terrorizing, six months in jail; probation violation for original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jason Moholland, 44, of Rockport, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Callyn Molloy, 56, of Waterville, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation one year.

Landon Morton, 31, of Vinalhaven, allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.

Coree Allison Phelps, 55, of Rockland, operating after license suspension, two counts, $250 fine; operating vehicle after license, two counts, dismissed.  

Edward O. Ripley, 48, of Owls Head, keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.

Siddharta Rumma, 43, of Cape Elizabeth, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
